Seffi Starshine Truly beautiful and unlike anything I have ever heard before. This is the album that inspired me to make music again after years of absolutely no creativity. It is so ahead of it's time that it isn't possible to truly place it inside a genre. While it might be closest to hardvapour I believe it is too unique to be anything but Transitions by DJ Fae, and I love it with all my heart.

10/10 Candy Hearts but it deserves way more for it's originality. Favorite track: Mis-Conception.

Like Hardvapour? Like obscure, experimental EDM? Well this is Happy Hardvapour or Happyvapour!! :D The hardvapour sound with a dash of love and acceptance :) Check it out...

This was the very first album that I ever created way back between 2003 and 2004. At the time, I simply called it experimental EDM. Today, it would most likely be described as Hardvapour or, to set this album apart from the hate that's become associated with most hardvapour, you could even call this Happy Hardvapour! It's the very first Happy Hardvapour album ever created -- a hard sound with a fun edge without any of the hate and division of hardvapour :)

I was always reluctant to release this album. The sound was different, and friends would often say that it was ahead of its time. I took this to mean that it was shit. That would have been the end of the story had my best friend and partner, Seffi, not convinced me to release this publicly on the GirlyGirlMusik label.

The biggest credit here undoubtedly goes to Seffi Starshine / Shazzaiya. I would have never published this album if not for her. She talked me out of getting cold feet at least a dozen times (not exen exaggerating), and she was the one who was there to help me confront and overcome my inner demons. This production label, description text, album cover (i love this cover!!), album, etc. would either not exist or not be publicly available if not for her. Hell, I wouldn't even be here on this planet alive and kicking if not for her.

I'd also like to thank my partner, Candice Voets. She is another endless source of inspiration for me. We've been together for over 13 years now, and I love her dearly.

It is Candi and Seffi both that get me through each and every day. I would be truly lost without either one of you... Thank you so much... 4rlz.
